The swing arm was developed for robotic applications.

This device allows the dispensing unit to be mounted as close as possible to the weld gun on the robot’s second axis of motion. It has been designed to keep the dispensing canister in a vertical orientation as the robot moves through the welding process. This ensures that the mist concentration remains contact throughout the weld cycle.

The device removes the need for long shield gas lines resulting from installations located on the robot’s outer cell wall. This in turn reduces the amount of fluid condensation occurring in the shield gas lines.
