Spatter Shield™ Liquid Separator |

When the Spatter Shield™ Grey (Zn) probe is used it may produce higher levels of mist, the level of condensated liquid also builds up in the line.
This liquid build up can be put through a liquid separator collecting the liquid for re-use and allowing only the higher mist concentration to continue.
The liquid separator is simply, a modified standard Probe that will act as a separator; the Empty Canister is a current Market version.
It is installed in a gas line after the Spatter Shield™ System.
Length of hose from Liquid Separator to welding nozzle should be short as practically possible.
Benefits
- No dripping of liquid from (High Mist Concentration Probes) hence: less chance of Porosity.
- Collected liquid can be re-utilized to maximize fluid cost savings.
- Decrease downtime, through decreasing frequency of purging procedures.
