We highly recommend that you carry out some weekly maintenance. Even if you do not experience dripping we recommend that you purge your welder.

Firstly you must put the plunger of the spatter shield probe in the down position. By doing this you are by passing any the Spatter Shield Probe and Canister.

You must now purge shielding gas through the lines. Do this for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

We recommend you do this on a weekly basis or if the problem continues, purge at the start of every day.

If the problem persists then you will require a liquid separator. A liquid separator is installed on the line which captures excess fluid. Download document.
