The Spatter Shield In Line Anti Spatter system consists of 2 components, a probe and fluid canister. and this Spatter Shield System is then installed after the solenoid on the shielding gas line on both Robotic and Manual Welder.

As the shielding gas passes through the Spatter Shield System it carries a fine mist of fluid to the gas shroud and also weld site, whereby it continuously lubricates the gas shroud and provides spatter protection on the weld site.
